In this role, he led a dynamic team of over 300 sales professionals and emerging leaders, developed sales and leadership programs, surpassed sales targets, and transformed a last-place team into a nationally recognized Top 10 organization.
Rich’s commitment to professional development is evident in his Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF) designation from The American College. Additionally, he has expanded his leadership expertise through comprehensive programs from industry leaders like John Maxwell and other reputable leadership educators.
With his corporate ambitions fulfilled, Rich embraced a new challenge by launching his own coaching practice. Having earned an ICF-accredited credential through The Human Potential Institute, Rich focuses his practice on maximizing human potential through a multifaceted approach—including mental resilience, biohacking, and mindfulness techniques.
